Let's Talk About The Back 2 School/ Back 2 BASIC Event

So here we can talk about what our exact plans are for the event we are putting on Wed. 23rd. As of right now we are confirmed that we are using the Collegium. We have it saved from 8:00pm-12:00am. I think we should start at 8:3 or9:00pm which gives us time to set-up. So guys should we provide food. If so should it just be snacks or what? What time of ice-breakers should we do. What should be actually do this night? Please give me suggestions. I don't want to plan this on my own, we are a team, but I will if I have to.
