Hey Liana,
I have some ideas about the big basic event coming up. It's kinda a collaboration of me & jordan because it wouldn't load on his computer.
*Jordan thought that instead of telling them information,we should have posters around displaying certain information about the club, offices, upcoming events(that aren't permanent),etc.
*He and Lenese felt that we shouldn't do to much of entertainment because the Collegium is small and there's not much room to do a lot.
-so we decided we should just socialize with our guests esp. freshmen, and just have a good time.
-and we decided that food should be the ice breaker for the evening. some ideas were either a layout of food or we to keep it simple and just have ice cream and peach cobbler.
